Shopping with Tricky & Titch is easy, just add items to your shopping basket and follow the straightforward checkout instructions. After you complete an order, a confirmation page will show your order details along with order number. You will also receive a confirmation email with all your order details. 

If you're paying by Credit Card, we only authorize cards at checkout. Your card is charged just before we ship your order.  Once shipped, all your payment information is automatically deleted.

You can check the status and tracking number for your order at any time by logging into your account. When viewing your account, orders marked as completed have been shipped. When your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation including tracking details* (tracking available with Expedited shipping only)

If you would prefer to call in your credit card details, simply select the telephone payment option in our secure checkout and place your order. All you then have to do is give us a call and quote your order number. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:30 PST

We've tried to make gift buying simple and fun. You can send your order as a gift simply by entering the gift address as the shipping address during checkout. You can also add a personal message for your gift. You are given the option to write this during checkout.

Your message will be beautifully hand written and added with the delivery. A packaging slip and gift message is all the recipient sees. Absolutely no pricing information will be sent. Every t&t item gets individually folded in our printed tissue paper, ribbon tagged and snugly slipped into our apparel bags. Packages are securely shipped in our Tricky and Titch courier bag.

All prices and payment transactions are in US dollars. From time to time we may need to change our US dollar pricing. Any price changes will reflect current exchange rates.

We do not charge tax on orders shipped to the United States. US and international customers may or may not have to pay duty or customs fees (local taxes) when their package arrives. These fees depend solely on the destination country's customs policies.
